Meditation: A Foundation Course

Meditation, if done correctly, can be a life enhancing process and experience.

This one day introductory course will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to meditate successfully.

  • Learn & Practice Two Complementary Meditation Styles.
  • Common Issues & Problems Encountered in Meditation Practice.
  • Props which aid our Meditation.
  • The Key Skill of Meditation.
  • The Paradox Which Runs Through Spiritual Practice.

This practical training is non-sectarian in nature, and is derived from several sources (yoga & buddhist).

I bring some 30 years meditation experience to the course. And have a straightforward and pragmatic style of teaching practical meditation, stripped of its jargon, for western students.
